Returns & Exchanges

- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order  
- Exchanges are available for different sizes, colors, or items of equal value  
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging  
- Proof of purchase is required  

Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Policy)

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened:

- Magnetic lashes and false eyelashes  
- Press-on nails and nail products  
- Beauty tools and devices (once opened or used)  
- Personal care items  

Return Shipping

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs  
- We cover return shipping if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect  

How to Start a Return

2. Include your order number and reason for return  
3. We will provide return instructions and the return address  
4. Ship the item back (tracking recommended)  

Refunds

- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return  
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method  
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item is defective or incorrect)  
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed  

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

- Contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos  
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping)  
- In most cases, you will not need to return the item
